3. Payment Terms Payment is due as specified in the project agreement. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. A deposit is required before the project begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
4. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final design and code. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of the original owner.
5. Confidentiality We agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
6. Revisions and Changes We offer 2 rounds of revisions included in the project scope. Additional revisions or changes requested outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
7. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be billed for work completed up to that point, and no further work will be undertaken.
8. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of US. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of US.
